Description: Soft Italian potato gnocchi made with 80% fresh potatoes and durum wheat semolina. Ready in approximately 2 minutes and suitable for serving with tomato sauces, pesto, creamy sauces or other favourite toppings.

Preparation / Directions for use: Cook in boiling water for approximately 2 minutes. Drain when the gnocchi rise to the surface.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 25°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not pierce the package.
