Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your RELAXIEmarket purchase within the legal withdrawal period (14 days). Fill in the form below and our team will process your request. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days. If you do not receive your withdrawal confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, please reach out to our customer support. Please note: submitting this form is separate from returning your items - you'll still need to send the product(s) back following our returns process.

Option A – Withdraw Online

Please use the email address linked to your RELAXIEmarket account.

You find it in your order confirmation email or under Account → Orders (e.g. #RXIE-1000).

List the products you wish to withdraw — pasting the product page links (URLs) with quantities is the easiest way. You may also add your reason, but it is optional.

Option B – Withdraw on Paper

Prefer paper? Download the withdrawal form, fill it in, sign it, and send it by post to Relaxie International Kft., 5904 Orosháza, Aranyeső str. 22., or scan it and email it to order@rxiemarket.eu. We will confirm receipt by email within 3 business days.
